Leaving Puerto Madryn and heading towards the north, take motorway 1 and then take motorway 2. After a 77km-drive, you will arrive at Istmo Carlos Ameghino, you will be able to distinguish the San Jose and Nuevo Gulfs. From there up to Puerto Pirádmides, it is about 25km from the west to the east of the peninsula.
